Transcriptions made by volunteers on Opening the Well are available under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) licence. This allows reuse as long as the volunteers who produced the transcriptions are credited. A short statement such as “by Opening the Well contributors” along with a link to Opening the Well will suffice. It is not necessary to credit the transcribers of specific recordings individually.
